Red, Black, and Gold Lentils - 12 lb

Our Clear Creek lentils are all Kosher, Non-GMO and vegan. We currently offer five different varieties of lentils sourced from farms in the Pacific Northwest. This variety pack is a wonderful way to start cooking with these delicious lentils. We include Red Lentils, Black Beluga Lentils, and Golden Lentils all in our 4 pound drawstring linen bags.

Our premium lentils are a great addition to any soup, stew or lentil recipe. Red Lentils have a mild and sweet flavor, Black lentils are more bold and have a nutty flavoring to them, while Golden Lentils have a citrus and honey flavor.
