Our premium lentils are a great addition to any soup, stew or lentil recipe. Clear Creek Lentils are all sourced from farms of the Pacific Northwest. Red Lentils have a mild, sweet flavor and puree very easily, Green Lentils have a more earthy flavor with hints of pepper as well, Beluga Lentils have a much more bold and nutty flavor making this variety pack incredibly versatile.
